Go down into the Subway thats straight across from Rivet City (Anacotsa Crossing or something like that), you come out in Seward Square from there make your way to the Capital Building go through the building to come out on The Mall then head through there to where National Archives is. Just follow the dotted line and marker and shouldn't get lost.
